Kinsip bitters are handcrafted at our farm-based distillery. These bitters bring drops full of delicately balanced flavours to your home and allow you to create interesting, complex, and nuanced cocktails with ease.  Add a drop or two of bitters to compliment the flavours in any drink.

The Chili Espresso Handcrafted Bitters is a blend of three different chilis including local jalapeno, smokey habaneros, and chipotle with a mellow finish of Pilot Coffee Roasters dark roast. A lot of heat gives a touch of spice to your summer caesars.
